Our Client, one of the UKs leading Insurance Brokers now has an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Project Manager to join their team.
The purpose of the role is to define, manager and deliver IT and business change projects.
Core activities include:
Management of internal IT and business change projectsSet and gain agreement of project objectives ensuring deliverables, success criteria, risk and assumptions are clearly defined.Creation and management of project documentation including, PID, project plan, RAID log and status reportsManage project deliverables to time, budget and qualityManage project risks and issues3rd party vendor managementProvide leadership and management of project teamCommunicate project progress to stakeholders at all levels
The successful candidate will be an experienced IT Project Manager - ideally with knowledge and experience in an insurance broker (or similar). You will have excellent communication skills and experience of vendor management.
Knowledge of Insurance Broking software and experience of managing IT projects in an insurance environment would be an advantage.
