Reqiva are seeking an experienced Full Stack/Cloud Developer for a leading property valuations organisation. Insurance Services is the newest department in their data business that has been set up to create innovative new information products to sell into the Household Insurance market.They hold incredibly rich property data that allows the creation of predictive loss models. Foremost amongst these is a No-Questions-Asked model that provides loss values based on just the input address.

They require a highly versatile, creative and very numerate software and data engineer to join a dynamic small team in Exeter to develop and maintain this service.

The role will involve:

* Manage and develop a high throughput API deployed onto the Azure API Management Service
* Devise, implement and manage all testing of the API
* Manage security of the API
* Import and process data using innovative Azure technologies (Data Factory, Batch Service)
* Utilise Azure Storage Accounts, CosmosDb and SQL Server for data management
* Manage all technical relationships with customers
* Run customer onboarding process
* Manage operational support and technical SLAs with customers
* Design, code and maintain all front-end apps as required
* Manage non-live environments (BVT, TST & UAT) and deployments to these environments
* Assist the Operations Team with managing and deploying to the LIVE environment
* Support sales processes with prospective customers
* Potentially assist with data modelling in R and Oracle

You will be degree educated, self-motivated person, happy to work in a standalone role with strong communication and project management skills. You will also have experience of:

* Development using the Microsoft stack (.NET, C#, Web API)
* Cloud infrastructure (Azure SaaS/PaaS)
* API Management
* Automated Unit and integration testing
* Good understanding of DevOps best practices (CI/CD)
* Although this role is predominantly focused on back-end and data development, the candidate needs to have some experience of front-end technologies (AngularJS and ReactJS)
* Customer relationship management
* Exposure to Atlassian technologies like Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Octopus & Bitbucket would all be an advantage
* R, Oracle PL SQL, Statistics/Data exposure would all be an advantage
