Title:Java(J2EE)/Spring Boot Developer
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strong experience in Java Spring Boot / Spring Cloud framework
2. Good understanding of OOPS, Twelve Factor Application Design principles, architecture styles and APIs (WCF/Web API/Rest API)
3. Knowledge of industry best practices and tools for Dev-Ops and CI/CD pipeline
4. Experience in-memory data cache
5. Good communication and experience working with offshore teams
Secondary Skills:
1. Experience in any of the Integration platforms such as Spring Integration, Apache Camel, IIB
2. Experience in any of the API management platforms such as APIGEE, IBM Data Power
3. Experience in developing Medium to large size batch processes in Java and Java framework (Spring batch, SCDF).
Soft Skills Required for Success at Capgemini:
Communication SkillsAbility to manage a small offshore team on project through Confluence or JIRAWork within a team environment towards a shared goal and vision
