Job Title Service Center Level 3 engineer
Mendatry Exp :symantec Data Loss Prevention Symantec Job Description Senior role inside GSS/CSIRT support team, focusing on advanced troubleshooting cases, mentoring and coaching of junior staff and supporting Architects and Engineers working in related domains.
Experience Range 5 -8+ yrs
Key Skills Proficiency in one or more of the following technical disciplines: o Data Loss Prevention Symantec o Digital Rights Management/Rights Management Systems o Software- and/or hardware-based Full Disk Encryption and/or file-based encryption o Email encryption (TLS, S/MIME, PGP) o Antimalware components o Firewalls and traffic filtering systems o IPS/IDS systems o RBAC and ACL management systems o Hardening of physical, virtual and cloud systems (including those in AWS, Azure and GCP) o Vulnerability scanners o Penetration testing tools o Log collection and log management systems (e.g. Splunk) o Familiarity with the TCP/IP stack sufficient to identify and troubleshoot problems o Familiarity with Windows debugging/troubleshooting toolset (e.g. Procmon, Procexp, Autoruns, WinDbg, NetMon/MMA/Wireshark) o Experience in configuring and maintaining Active Directory (e.g. DNS, PKI, GPO, ADFS, AD hardening, etc.) o Scripting or declarative languages (e.g. PowerShell, VB, Bash, SQL, regex, etc.)
