Band 7 User Interface Developer 2x These two roles are both pitched as 'UI Developers' and are technical roles that could easily be described as a Front End Developer or Software Engineer. The major skills required to fulfil these roles are knowledge and experience of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap and PHP.

Location: Birmingham

Job type: Temporary

Duration of the role: This is expected to be for 12 weeks

Banding: 7

Pay Rate: 17.00 PAYE - 26.00 Umbrella

Duties include:

The information team will be accountable for the delivery of a number of new products (Information Solutions) that require a greater level of a resource than the current establishment has the capacity for.The post will also facilitate the number of requests and new requirements as a result of the external audit of information and demand for new information productsThe User Interface (UI) Developers (x2) will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of applications to meet the aforementioned requirements.They will develop applications to integrate with and future strategic reporting solutions in line with current development methodologiesBrainstorm with UI/UX team on design requirements and solutionDevelop functional and technical documentation on assigned projectsImplement rapid changes to meet changing business and marketing requirementsConstantly assess, evaluate, and integrate best practices and industry innovations in web developmentAnalyze and optimize pages and page design for maximum performanceAct as a mentor to peers
