As an IT Healthcare Project Manager, you will be responsible for the development and ongoing support for our clients PBM company, IngenioRX. You will be responsible for applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems. In addition to all responsibilities of a project manager which include managing all aspects of a project including initiating, planning, executing, closing, and controlling.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Determine project scope Develop resource, risk, quality, cost, and scope management plans Develop training plans; develops requirements documents Develop project approval matrix Identify project team training and tool needs Define, recommend, and secure contractual agreements for technical services and products Coordinate requirements, schedule implementation and post-implement plans, and develop service-level agreements for vendor partners and global resources firms Define quality gates for each project methodology phase Define critical success factors Establish and manages the project warranty period Engage others to determine business cases and support development of go-to-market strategies for owned API assets

Qualifications:

Technical background: degree in a computer systems/science or experience in an application development of support role prior to entering project management 7 years of experience organizing a series of large size projects into a single portfolio, project management experience and experience in multiple technical and business disciplines and broad-based experience to plan and design large, highly complex project portfolios PMP Certification is a plus Solid PMI best practices with Meeting Minutes, Resource Matrices, Rigorous updates Highly Organized and Diligent Comfort in ambiguous environment with assertive nature to drive delivery objectives Analytic competency and good problem-solving skills Experience in delivering application solutions Experience in HealthCare Insurance or Pharmacy is a plus Demonstrated leader with strong technical competency delivering throughout the SDLC Experience with Agile development methodology and working in a hybrid (Waterfall/Agile) environment is a plus
