You a diverse and interesting role as the Service Change Lead being responsible for the Acceptance Into Service process for Risk & Finance IT Production Services in Credit Suisse Pune

This important role conducts:

regular Acceptance Into Service (AIS) Process reviews & signoff by reviewers, means you ensure the projects that come under your remit are reviewed and signed off at each sync point by the support and testing SMEs

coordinate Synch Point Reviews, working with the project team and Solution Delivery organization to ensure seamless communication between the project and Technology Service (TS) organization

Operational Readiness of TS to support new or changed services, you ensure Project teams establish pre-CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings with the respective Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and drive adoption into the CAB process

produce and syndicate Reports and Heat maps with clients and management

In addition you cover the India Service Management team lead role which contains overseeing vendor resources and monitoring APAC Service Mgmt deliverables around:

IT Service Management

Line Business Management

Management Support

Being part of our highly motivated vendor and permanent Service Management Team spread across the globe

We Offer

You have PMO or COO experience with 8 years work experience

You have University (or equivalent) qualification in an IT/Scientific subject and professional certifications in the area of ITIL or project Management

You have solid leadership, client relationship and partner management skills, with ability to effectively communicate with partners at all levels

You have strong English Communication skills oral and written

You have the ability to build concise and clear consolidated reports and visual presentations to communicate to senior management

You have knowledge of support processes (i.e. ITIL) and IT Lifecycle models (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, e.g. SDLC / SDLC , IT-PV)

You are a self-starter who can work effectively even if located remote from other members of their team

You have the ability to work in a dynamic, demanding environment

You are a solid team-player

Preferred:

You have Good knowledge/prior experience in financial services domain
