Our Requirements:
Consultant Procurement Project Specialist
Main Responsibilities:
Supports the content governance process. Works with different members of the Procurement Team to understand and document the content needs. Identifies the gaps related to Content quality and new content opportunities and drives gap closure plan as able. Works with Category Requesters to identify business requirements and available options for implementation. Work with IT teams to manage change requests and ensure updates are implemented in a timely manner. Supports the implementation of new content management tools from tool including acceptance testing, content reviews and issue tracking. Identifies opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Measures the performance of the services, quality and presence of content based on metrics and continually drives process improvements to deliver best in class service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field 3-4+ years business experience in Procurement, or other related experience Content management experience is a plus. Project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and virtual environment. Knowledge of business requirements gathering and process improvements. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and leading change in evolving work environment
