Job Description:

This position is responsible for development, onboarding, and support activities for all aspects of the Company's B2B and MFT Integration environment. This position is also responsible for training and mentoring other team members, contributing to the development of best-practice materials, and helping to improve trading partner onboarding and support processes. This position is also responsible for the daily System Support of the Sterling B2Bi, Sterling Managed File Gateway.

Job Responsibilities:Design, develop and implement highly scalable and fault tolerant systems using IBM Sterling suite of products and its related technologiesLead project to extend the capabilities of IBM Sterling and related system components to meet the customers evolving business needsDevelop/set-up file transfer connections in Sterling and involve in business meetings and perform impact analysis for new requirementsTroubleshoot any issues (transmission, encryption, decryption etc.) and resume the jobs work closely with architecture team to ensure system is implemented as designed and in adherence to the standardsShould have good analytical skills in trouble-shooting, testing & solution developmentGood Written and oral communication skillsTechnical Qualifications:Good Experience and understanding in using IBM Managed Transfer suite of applications.Strong Knowledge and understanding of various File Transfer Protocols Hands on experience of IBM Sterling File Gateway, IBM Sterling Secure Proxy, IBM Sterling Control Center, Connect Direct, IBM Sterling B2B integratorExpertise within SFG including product administration, partner provisioning, and operational support.Specific skills to include: Software installation, configuration and patching, Routing Channel Template configuration, Partner Onboarding, Routing Channel creation, PGP, Custom protocol development, Custom Layer development including configuration of routing channels Partner onboarding, Familiarity with customizing permissions into B2B integrations, Expertize in creating sterling B2B business processes. Monitoring File Transfer activity in IBM Control Center and SFG, Troubleshooting file transfer issues in ICC and SFGExperience with data delivery mechanisms mainly using File transfer protocols (S)FTP, AS2, HTTP/S, AS2, Connect: DirectDemonstrated familiarity with database knowledge and SQL query development is requiredExperience in configuring and administering the Sterling Suite - SFG (Sterling File Gateway), Sterling Integrator (SI), Connect Direct (CD), Sterling Secure Proxy (SSP), Sterling External Authentication Server (SEAS), Perimeter Server (PS), Control CenterExperience managing the Managed File Transfer platform through the lifecycle implementation including architecture, design, build/configure, testing, deployment and support. Providing subject matter expertise and consulting on the product, platform and its tools.Exposure to UNIX, Linux, Web and Database environments.Working knowledge of BPML(Business Process Markup Language)Working knowledge of communication protocols FTP, HTTPS, SSL, SSH, SFTP, AS2, ConnectDirect and VPN connections.Working knowledge of PGP/GPG encryption/decryption methods.Working knowledge of SSL and SSH security layers with HTTP and FTP protocolsMinimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, or Associates Degree with 12+ years IT Software Developer related experience or High School Diploma/GED with 14 years IT Software developer experience.

Experience: Typically 12+ years IT Software Developer experience (in addition to any experience identified above). Technical knowledge usually acquired from an educational institution or through equivalent work experience.
