Key Responsibilities:

Developing, managing and implementing the Company sales plans, revenues and budgets, for the region.
Initiates and spearhead development of action plans to penetrate new markets such as CloudPBX and SIP-Trunks.
Build effective relationship with existing and prospective accounts and sell at all levels within customer organization.
Identify, develop, manage and work closely with Business partners to develop sales strategy, tactics and positioning to achieve desired sales.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be considered, the ideal candidate should possess:

A strategicand entrepreneurial mindset.
Over 7 years of relevant experience selling to or through Service Providers, directly and through SI (System Integrators), channels, OEMs and VAS providers.
Excellent contacts and network with C-level executives, within key Telecom operators, Major SIs and other key players in the market.
Proven experience to achieve or exceed the assigned annual revenue target and increase market share.
Basic knowledge of VoIP or in the SIP-Trunk space.
Experience in managing direct touch and management of a network of distributors/partners.
A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical & Engineering.
Dynamic, self-starter with a hunger for sales and winning business.
Strong understanding of telecommunications industry, customer requirement and market dynamics.
Salary details
USD 90000.00 to USD 160000.00
