Sales and Distribution Manager
[Description] This role focuses on managing off-premise sales and tracking Key Performance Indicators of their products. You will be excellent at communication at all levels of management and have an outgoing and outspoken personality.

Responsibilities

Drive company initiatives in off-premise sales channels
Manage off-premise distribution partner and track/improve KPIs
Explore new sales channels and implement strategies to increase sales volumes
FMCG, Distributor and/or Account Management experience in B2C sales highly advantageous
Previous experience and network in F&B, Distributor Management, and/or FMCG industry preferred
Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational ability

Requirements:

At least 3 years working experience in Sales, FMCG, or brand and product marketing is an advantage
Mature, self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work under pressure with high energy
Outgoing, energetic, good communication skills and able to build up connections at all levels
Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
Able to work efficiently with good time management skills
Salary details
USD 50000.00 to USD 80000.00
