IT Support Engineer (Desktop, Banking environment)(KT)
[Description] Job Duties:
•Provide 1st and/or 2nd level IT support
•Provide desk-side and remote helpdesk service to end-user, troubleshooting issues related to hardware, applications, networks and emails
•Familiar with the concepts of basic LAN/WAN networking infrastructure
•Experience in desktop hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis
•Experience in supporting end users for their daily PC usage problem
•Provide Video Conference support
•Preferred with VVIP support experience

Requirements
•Knowledge of Win XP, Win Vista, MS Office, Lotus Notes, printer mapping, etc
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Capable of solving problems by devising creative solutions if need arises
•Able to work independently while thriving in a team
Salary details
