Responsible for assisting the development of strategic and annual brand plans for the assigned brands to meet with its set budget.
Assist the Senior Manager in building the brand equity and image of assigned brand(s), implementing consumer activations to achieve market share.
Accountable for liaising closely with relevant parties internally and externally to ensure the right execution of brand directions and successful implementation of all planned brand activities within agreed budget and timing.
In charge of monitoring and analyzing the categories import figures for competition analysis purpose.

THE ROLE:
Brand planning : Support the Brand manager to build 360-degree
launch support plans by providing necessary analysis and research tasks for the brands. Explore the possibility of new marketing technologies across digital, mobile, and omnichannel platforms to enhance the customer experience and drive brand engagement in new and innovative ways.
Brand Activities Implementation : Recommend, develop, implement and evaluate cr eative and effective ATL activities (media, PR and sponsorship) and BTL activities in lin e with the brand plan / global brand direction. Monitor and analyze own brand(s) / competitors brands to continuously provide insightful recommendations.
Brand budget A&P : Support building the A&P for the assigned brands, monitor and control A&P spend to be in line with the agreed brand plan in cooperation with the finance team.
Communication and interaction: Manage efficient communication to get the best support internally and externally
Be a team player to the marketing team and work closely with the commercial team and other departments
Develop a collaborative relationship with the commercial team and distributors to communicate a coherent brand identity in merchandizing and promotion activities
Manage creative / brand / advertising / research companies in delivering quality and professional services
Build efficient networks with opinion leaders (consumer/trade/media)

REQUIREMENTS
Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
Min 2 to 4 years’ work exp in marketing, and has a good understanding in a digital world. (i.e. social media, e-commerce)
Must be highly detail oriented, proactive, strong follow through and ability to multi task
Strong effectiveness, result orientated and ability to adapt to change
Must be an excellent team player; possessing the ability to build, foster and nurture strong relationships and gain the respect of members of the cross-functional and affiliate teams.
Good project planning, presentation and negotiation skills
Must possess excellent communication, analytical, creative and computer skills
Demonstrate ownership of programs; embracing both big picture objectives
