Description

As a Senior HR Technology Analyst, youll play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing C.H. Robinsons global Human Resources technology. Youll be a strategic partner to a diverse and broad set of stakeholders, including global HR centers of expertise, operations coordinators, and IT to define system and reporting needs, troubleshoot issues and create innovative, effective solutions. This position will focus on PeopleSoft core HCM, benefits and integrations and play a key role in the global implementation of Workday.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and build a global technical product roadmap for benefits ensuring value through expanded capability, ensuring compliance, and a positive employee experience
Provide technical expertise as the benefits subject matter expert on cross-functional projects, focused on process improvement, streamlining both business and system processes
Research best practices and keep abreast of trends in HR technology and related business applications
Partner with the benefits, operations team and IT teams responsible for researching and resolving routine and complex issues
Responsible for creating compliance reporting including ACA and Affirmative Action
Provide support for HR analytics team through data governance, creation of reports, and resolving data integrity issues
Partner with outside vendors to build, maintain and troubleshoot benefits integrations
Accountable for the configuration and testing of the new Workday benefits product and oversee the development of benefits integrations
Provide tier 2 support for global HR operations service centers
Investigate and troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, determine and document solutions
Provide technical and functional support for system maintenance and releases, reports, interfaces, and security
Develop user procedures, guidelines, and system or process documentation
Partner with HR and corporate communications on system implementation to ensure system changes are successfully adopted
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
What are we looking for?
Bachelors Degree in HR, Business, IT or related field
Minimum 5 years experience working with HR technology solutions
Practical knowledge of HR systems and how they impact business practices
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, etc.), including the ability to process and analyze data and create basic modeling through Excel
Analytical thinker with the ability to understand problems, determine root causes and recommend appropriate solutions
Project management skills, including the ability to track status and project milestones, provide timely updates to stakeholders and drive progress
Ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate communication between the business and technical teams
Ability to understand and comply with confidentiality and privacy rules and protect company property and confidential information
Experience with PeopleSoft
Preferred:
Experience working with Benefits technology
Experience with Workday
Experience with new full system or module implementations
