Our Sales Department has an immediate need for a result driven self-motivating characterBusiness Development Executiveto generate new business opportunities and grow existing accounts in Singapore.
This role will report to Team Lead of Business Development, Singapore. You will be expected to build a portfolio of clients by developing sales strategy that provides customers with an excellent service and builds strong relationships with senior decision makers and their teams.
Your role will involve identifying and initiating contact with potential new customers to continue the growth of our client base; you will also be responsible for forecasting and proactive planning of your account management activity.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for new client acquisition
Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs to ensure a high and consistent level of activity such as activities, proposal sent, meetings arranged, market contact strategy etc.
Ensure that the market is effectively covered
Play an active role in sales department training sessions be it team or individual
Work closely with marketing teams to understand fully all marketing plans and goals as well as timely sales lead follow up
Work with Client services to ensure effective on-boarding; service, up-sell and retention of clients
Work effectively with Key Account Managers to ensure smooth handover of accounts and ensure customers receive a premium level of customer service
Ability to be creative, including strong ability to generate ideas across multiple industries and piece together data into a cohesive and actionable sales message
