We are currently recruiting German Speaking Service Desk Analysts for one of our Peterborough based clients. In this the role you will be responsible for being the first point of call and responding to user quires via the phone and e-mail.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing 1st Line Support for all users
Logging incidents accurately ensuring all relevant data is captured
Regularly updating incidents logged and providing end users with a technical solution within agreed SLAs
Keeping Customers informed on incident or request status and progress.
Escalate incidents where a first time fix is not possible
Ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive updates, frequent contact and escalation where necessary.
Keeping up to date with the current standard procedures.
Proactively maintain and develop knowledge, skills and experience through client contact, industry sources, formalised training and development plan.
Escalate potential service issues and problem issues with relevant escalation points
