CRM Manager – Leading High Fashion and Beauty Brand (Client Engagement and Customer Relationship) RUP
[Description] Responsibilities

Initiate and implement CRM strategy and programs including VIP retention, acquisition and reward activities to connect customers via different touch points
Work with IT & other partners for system enhancement across all CRM solutions with flawless support
Work closely with Marketing & Retail Operations team and provides initiative to drive sales and traffic to company's business through data analysis, business intelligent report and customer segmentation
Report to Head of Marketing, responsible for all CRM data-driven marketing and loyalty / customer retention campaigns, in order to enhance customer experience
Conduct post-CRM campaign evaluation & review; provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement on CRM strategies
Assist in developing online marketing programs and initiatives
Provide all-round support to marketing campaigns / events and monitor all CRM programmes


Degree holder in Marketing, Business Communication or related discipline
6 years’ CRM experience in luxury retail industry/ hospitality industry
Good command of both written & spoken English and Mandarin
Computer literate in Microsoft Office
Less experienced will be considered as Assistant CRM Manager

Salary details
USD 50000.00 to USD 80000.00
