As a CRM Consultant (Sales & Marketing), you will be responsible for:
Liaising with stakeholders to gather business requirements and configuration of existing CRM solution to user acceptance test and training Oversee project implementation process (CRM filed services, project service automation, Dynamics 365 finance and operation) Maintaining and editing in all Microsoft application
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will have at least 3 years of MS dynamics functional role as a consultant in any CRM application. It would be essential for the job incumbent to be proficient in Office 365, Skype for Business, Sharepoint, Dynamic 365 CRM Sales, Field Services, Project Services, Finance and Operations and Power BI & etc.
