Our client within the financial sector is seeking experienced Business Analysts who are familiar with risks and control assurance to define and resolve business problems within their transformation team.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or related disciplines;
Good understanding of the financial sector and related regulatory framework;
Good experience in requirements gathering, functional testing and documentation;
At least 3 years of experience as Business Analyst;
Excellent track record of delivering business solutions for strategic projects while balancing cost and benefit;
Strong stakeholder management experience and commercial acumen;
Strong leader with emotional intelligence to influence key decisions, mediate conflicts and build consensus;
Good presentation skills to be able to articulate clearly with attention to details;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiar with analysis tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Gather and analyse business requirements to clearly comprehend business needs and evaluate it across existing architecture;
Provide appropriate requirements documentation and management processes;
Engage core stakeholders to drive awareness and buy-in for the various projects;
Recommend business solution options and support their detailed evaluation through investment appraisal;
Identify business risks and issues within scope and propose resolution actions;
Demonstrate conceptual thinking and research skills to facilitate future developments and changes;
Drive compliance with the existing IT standards, frameworks, methodologies and governance;
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products and services within the industry;
Identify and management specific risks and ensure control assurance.
