OEM Sales Engineer [Description] World leader in the energy and telecommunications systems industry seeking an OEM Sales Engineer. Your role - Carves depth and breadth of Specialties and OEM footprints - Develops relationship with the OEM project investors (at HQ & local level) - Secures projects and business develops, covering entire customer value chain; from authorities/consultants/developers/equipment manufacturers/main contractor/M&E contractors, System Integrators, etc.
Your responsibilities - Develops Transport/Infrastructure/Renewables/Industrial notwithstanding, all available and addressable project business opportunities - Responds and reacts to owner and contractor ‘s request of information/document/quotation - Acquires market information and competitor’s insights - Prepares weekly/monthly reports - Works with the factories and Intercompany in pricing analysis for effective price and product mix revenue sales. - Performs Forecasting and Budgeting work. - Reviews work process and document for workflow. - Reviews Value Chain process and makes appropriate recommendations as needed. - Participates in any ad-hoc projects/taskforce as assigned
Key Performance Index (KPIs) - Expand Specialties & OEM businesses (Tangibles & Business Develop) - Sales Performance: Revenues and Margin - As key stakeholder threading investors and customers (at HQ level and local) - Capacity to fulfill report and documentation as need by SMT and HQ
Your experience - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in either Engineering or Sales & Marketing - Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales & marketing field of electric cables / electrical domain - Computer literate - Skillful in English speaking and writing report in English - Strong logical and analytical skill and strategic planning Result-oriented, high degree of responsibility, able to work independent - Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. - Experienced with Transportation/Energy/Industrial key customers such as BTS, MRT, SRT, Siemens, ABB, Schneider and Bombardier - Manage sales activities and business growth in the area of responsibility by working closely with customers on both demand creation and fulfillment
