Event Assistant/Coordinator (Great Career Exposure)
[Description] Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the Communication Manager with preparing, writing, translating and editing corporate collaterals such as press releases, corporate fact sheets, financial reports and internal announcements
• Manage email communications according to event calendar
• Assist in digital marketing campaigns, content of website and social media
• Support events from pre-event logistics, on-site management to post-event reporting
• Maintain and update membership database
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
• bachelor’s degree in Communications, Event Management or related disciplines
• Minimum two years of full-time work experience in communications / event management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Chinese word processing
• Experience with creative media production, publication and digital marketing will be a definite advantage
• Candidate with more event experience will consider as Event Coordinator
