Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Minimum 10 years of work experience in below mentioned areasCertified Lean Six sigma MBB or BB from reputed institutesExperience in deployment of quality frame work preferably in Finance domainHands on experience in conducting root cause analysis, formulating hypothesis and testing Experience in identifying and implementing Corrective action and preventive actions Proven ability to conduct process /transaction quality audits sampling plan and strategyWorking knowledge of using Six sigma and Lean methodologies for quality improvementProficient in data handling using Minitab or SPSS/ JMP /Excel for data analysis and reportingDemonstrated ability in conducting Lean six sigma green belt trainings independently Expertise in leading and mentoring Lean and Six sigma projects from identification through closure

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

Finance and Accounts background and knowledge of P2P /R2R /O2CWorking directly with executive level leaders Ability to generate and publish operations reports along with crafting executive dashboards for senior management reviewsYou love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with the latest financial trends Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to workIntuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time managementProven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededUp-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
