[Description] The role is responsible for the sales/ business development strategy and performance across nationwide, focusing in Central and Northern areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage performances of a team of three Managers with respectively 7 - 10 Sales Representatives
Expand aggressively to increase the distribution points
Lead contract negotiations with new or existing clients to acquire the most attractive deal
Build relationship with the retailers to ensure a long term, sustainable partnership
To succeed in the Sales Manager (FMCG) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with the marketing and trade marketing teams.

Key Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any notable universities
At least eight years' working experience in sales operations/ general trade within the FMCG industry, preferably a Regional Sales Manager or National Sales Manager who has managed more than two regions in Malaysia
Strong stakeholders engagement skills
Excellent in communication and engagement skills
