An exciting opportunity to provide leadership and drive partnership engagement to build FinTech Knowledge Platform and develop the FinTech ecosystem.
Skill-set Requirement
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology;
  • Has 5 years in digital transformation strategies and project initiates experience;
  • Has 10 years of work experiences in payments, banking and/or finance experience in the use of new technologies such as Distributed Ledger Technology Data, Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation;
  • Good understanding of risk management best practices and processes;
  • Possess exceptional strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mind-set with the intellectual depth and maturity to navigate the complexities and processes within corporate structures;
  • Solid project management skills with strong organization, problem solving and multi-tasking skills;
  • Strong leadership, relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills.

Desirable Skills
  • PMP Certified;
  • Agile/SCRUM.
Job Responsibilities
  • As Programme Lead - providing governance and review procedures, processes and standards;
  • Explore the use of Fintech solutions and develop the collaboration framework;
  • Work closely with established industry players and regulators to explore Fintech related new business opportunities;
  • Conduct surveys, market studies and research upon key stakeholders satisfaction in order to develop the project concept;
  • Setting up the framework for collaboration with Fintech;
  • Direct internal process to define the product strategy, roadmap and priorities;
  • Responsible for the project management of Fintech related new products and services development;
  • Chair meetings to obtain updates from the various project stakeholders on scope, timeline and budgets;
  • Forecast and manage budgets, monitor expenditures/costs/overheads against delivered and realised benefits;
  • Overall quality assurance and governance of the integrity of the programme and projects;
  • Manage third party contributions to the programs;
  • Manage program risks and associated mitigation plans;
  • Provide regular progress report of all programs to senior management.
