Global SAP Capability Lead
[Description] Job Responsibility

In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of the full SAP system of Learning and will be the Global SME within the SAP capability space:

• Create a global strategy for SAP Learning clearly linked to business objectives and training principles
• Design and implement an SAP Learning resource structure; leading a global team of regional capability owners, SAP Training Contractors and other 3rd party specialist providers
• Developing business users SAP knowledge and understanding; developing those in Community of Practice roles into SAP trainers in their own right
• Design and deliver a blended learning solution to End Users and Communities of Practice
- Create a training curriculum; including training as part of project deliverables and change management, priority interventions, refresher and process updates, onboarding and development
- Update training documentation and create multi-tier training courses and materials for varying levels of employees (End User, Super User, Regional Process Lead, Global Process Lead)
- Scope eLearning tools in conjunction with the Global Head of Talent and IT, and implement; creating and sourcing material to be loaded onto the platform
• Support the development and delivery of the Business Capability roadmap in partnership with Global Business Capability Lead and HR, undertaking external benchmarking, developing cost/benefit analysis, reporting on achievement of Business Benefits and alignment to SAP Learning Strategy and training principles

Requirements:

Knowledge/Qualifications:

-Graduate degree or equivalent
-Good understanding of SAP
-Knowledge of L&D practices
-Experience of working within a global, matrixed organisation. Preferably in the retails industry.

Technical/Professional Experience:

-Previous experience in design and development of full SAP training programmes
-Experience of sourcing and implementing eLearning tools
-Development and delivery of training materials grounded in business processes, not just system simulation
-Experience of working and delivering through cross functional teams
Salary details
USD 70000.00 to USD 140000.00
