[Description] Responsibilities

To perform day-to-day office administrative support including data entry, filing and scanning
Ensure all data entry & maintenance tasks are completed accurately and punctually in line with company standards
To handle client communication and schedule meetings
To process courier matters and incoming mails
To manage delivery process and logistics
To assist in issuing receipts, invoices, payments and bank operations
To perform full spectrum of office administrative duties including office supplies ordering, mail services, petty cash

Job Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English is a MUST
3 years relevant working experience
Excellent communication skills, well-organized, multi-tasking, responsible, mature and able to work under pressure;
Positive attitude and willing to learn.
Fresh graduates and Non-Cantonese speakers will also be considered
Salary details
USD 40000.00
