Assistant HR Operations Manager - Prominent Financial Services Institution [Description] Based in Singapore, this role reports to the HR Operations Manager based in Singapore and will ensure all HR key and operational risks are addressed and/or mitigated through effective control procedures. You will manage to make sure all HR policies and procedures are maintained, reviewed and updated regularly.
Having up-to-date knowledge on relevant local and international regulatory development is critical so that you can identify changes that affect HR activities and suggest actions to be taken. You will play a key role in the team's provision of high quality HR services on handling employees' queries on HR matters, preparation of employment contracts and documents, payroll, compensation and benefits administration and managing exit procedures. You will be familiar with local employment legislations, and be able to handle complexity and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Financial services industry experience is highly preferred.
You must have a proven track record with at least 6 years of solid generalist HR experience preferably gained in financial services environments. In order to succeed, you need to be a self-starter, resilient, resourceful and very strong in planning and time management.
