The WW presales enablement team is creating a role Tech Pro program leader. The Tech Pro program manager will report to the WW presales enablement lead.

The Tech Pro program is a program creating a value proposition for the INDIVIDUAL IT Professional to partner with HPE and aims at generating loyalty and buzz in the technical community:

Sense of belonging to unique community including HPE engineers, product managers, field SAs ( Connect) Insider access to HPE tools and content (Learn) Recognize achievements and successes amongst peers, employers and customers (Grow)

The Tech Pro program is a 5M$ annual budget program composed of several work streams:

Tech Pro PMO
Establish cross functional Tech Pro program office that effectively starts up and manages HPE Tech Pro program. Establish and manage governance and internal stakeholder communications.
Tech Pro Partner Experience
Create a comprehensive and curated technical experience with all resources and assets in one place. Define Tech Pro program requirements and benefits. Establish incentive and rewards program. Manage program operations.
Certifications and Competencies
Align certification & training portfolio to HPE Partner Ready & GBU priorities with emphasis on solutions & growth portfolio. Balance HPE/partner investment with comprehensive training to optimize customer satisfaction and revenue. Build out end to end solution curriculum. Establish skill baseline for HPE field & partners
Continuous Learning
Establish technical continuous learning curriculum framework in partnership with PSSE/L&C. Create curated and prioritized learning curriculum for each technology area and presales job role that enables the field and partners quickly for HPE NPI releases. Establish digital badges to incentivize participation.
Face to Face Enablement (events)
Establish F2F enablement strategy and calendar across WW and Geo-led activities including WWAS, TSS, Aspire, MASE Summit, SPET and Tech Tours. Drive content and funding alignment between WW Presales, Channels, GBUs, Marketing and Geos for technical F2F activities.
Communities
Create integrated HPE/Partner technical community platform to share best practices, provide mutual opportunity support, and drive sense of community and recognition.
Technical Tools Consolidation
Simplify HPEs suite of technical tools in order to enhance awareness and consumption of priority assets. Develop consolidation roadmap in partnership with GBUs and Sales to establish ONE set of technical tools, aligned with presales workflow. Work with Marketing/Comms to articulate tools value prop and differentiation for usage campaigns.
Marketing, Branding, & Comms
Launch Tech Pro into the market place and establish HPE as the premiere destination vendor/partner for IT Pro community. Develop program branding and messaging. Drive AR/PR and recruiting campaigns
Tracking and Reporting
Develop scorecard and metrics for Technical Enablement Readiness and establish review cadence up to Antonio. Establish systems capability to track key missing metrics and automate reporting process. Manage financials of the program including inputs/spends/cost center charges and alliance funding mechanisms

The program manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of the programs output/product. Responsibilities of the program manager:

Daily program management throughout the program life cycle;
Defining the program governance (controls);
Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress;
Managing the programs budget;
Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements;
Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies; *Project Management Over site
Managing and utilizing resources across projects;
Managing stakeholders communication;
Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the programs outcome with the aid of the business change manager; and
Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document.

Specifically on Tech Pro: has oversight to delivering the overall program charter, which includes

Branding, messaging and campaigns leads and defines the what then leverages resources from appropriate groups to deliver (brand, channel marketing,)
Funding Alliance engagement while this person leads the effort to secure the fund, they would work and leverage the Finance person to determine how to manage the funds, both at WW and Geo level
Business requirements and benefit definitions for Tech Pro (partners) feeds these requirements into all work streams
Management of Tech Pro specific program requirements incentives, reporting,
Key Stakeholder management validate program charter, deliverables, results
With the support of the PM, orchestrate the various work streams, identify dependencies, addresses gaps & take corrective actions
With the support of presales enablement leader, manages executive communication, including hosting of Tech Pro steering committee.

This position is opened at MGR2 level, the Tech Pro PM and Partner Experience Manager will report into the Tech Pro program leader.

The Tech Pro program is introduced by HPE to develop a unified program aiming at developing a technical community of HPE employees and Partners, to grow HPE business. A team is put in place to develop this ambitious program
