Vice President, Talent Acquisition
[Description] You will have responsibility for day to day recruitment matters and will work closely with the business managers on the complete resourcing cycle, understanding their needs and advising on the appropriate recruitment strategy. You will provide advice on the talent acquisition framework, infrastructure and strategies in support of the business. You will develop partnerships with recruitment and search firms, build the company’s brand through marketing and creative advertising, conduct screening interviews, and carry out recruitment up to a senior level. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will mentor 1 junior recruiter.

Degree qualified, have a stable track record and have at least 10 years experience working in in-house, preferably with exposure to financial services. A strong understanding of the local employment act is needed, as is demonstrated experience with creative sourcing methods. Proven leadership, management and interpersonal skills, with a track record in talent assessment, change management and working with senior leadership are essential. A self-starter who works well independently and in a team, you are self-motivated and committed with strong influencing and communication skills.
Salary details
USD 70000.00 to USD 130000.00
