Have to develop comprehensive multidimensional reports (commodity wise, Supplier wise, Plant/site wise, Part wise etc.) and analysis based on Daily Operational data for different manufacturing plants (like inventory, POs, Invoices, sales etc.)

Able to differentiate transaction activity vs reporting & analytics activities

Responsible to publish all the reports (scheduled & ad-hoc) in time with quality.

Responsible to acknowledge customer related queries/request to his/her respective activity with consultation of MOP and SME.

Customer interaction, explaining data sets, providing reasons/logic with complete understanding of respective data points

Work as per work allocation. Support in allocating work to the team.

Provide training and create backups of the reports and activities.

Experience with MS Excel VBA connectivity with ERP system for developing automation and visual analytics.

Working knowledge of database management and building user form.

Experience in data exploration, Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.

Use predictive modeling using MS Excel, to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, identifying cost optimization projects in SCM arena.

Develop insights from business data which is relevant from ERP system.

Must have the ability to work on the numbers, trends and recommend solutions based on the findings.

Interface with customers to ensure that customers receive outstanding service which includes acknowledging and bringing to satisfactory closure of business analytics projects.

Use of R Studio & Power BI is must for visual analytics.

Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions

Development of ad-hoc and routine MIS with support to operational and projects.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik view, R open libraries etc.

Continually research new technology and tools to improve business analytics.

Follow through the timelines committed and can work on tight deadlines.

Knowledge of statistical techniques and concepts like regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.

Collaborate with global experts, external partners and extended teams to enable technology development

Able to handle multiple projects within and outside function.

Able to identify standardization, optimization and automation scope within and outside Team.

Work with leadership to prioritize business and information needs.

Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.

Experience in ProcurementAny experience in the field of procurement will be an added advantage.

Qualifications Qualification:

Masters with 2-4 Yrs exp. or bachelors with 3-5 Yrs exp.

Basic Knowledge (Foundation):

Experience in SCM data analysis / reporting (Inventory, Sales, Receipts, Invoicing, Purchase Order, PPV , MRP, Logistics, Surcharge, DMR, Supplier development/ performance, compliance, Global / Strategic Sourcing etc.)

Medium Knowledge (Intermediate):

Able to link the reports to the relevant business process

Working Knowledge of Access

Advance Knowledge (Expert):

Advance Data Management using Excel (Formulas, Filtering, Charts, Pivot, Vlookup, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, Macro recording, Text/Logical / nested Functions etc.)

Able to gather data from multiple systems and assimilate bigger data set

Able to Manage Large data sets & Automations

Reporting & Analysis (MIS / Sales/ SCM/Financial) & expert in Developing visual Analytical Reports, Dashboards & Databases

Understand linkages of data across different data set/reports

Break down of Data sets into meaningful interpretations

Use of SharePoint for Data Management

5-7 years experience with an experience of about 4-5 years in Business Intelligence domain, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
