IT Support Engineer within a busy Law Firm - Permanent Job - Southampton, Hampshire - 25000-30000

This firmly established organisation collates over 300 years of legal expertise in 5 locations across the UK. A recent merger has meant this law firm has doubled in capacity and left them with the need to hire an experience IT Support Engineer to support their large end-user base.
Your new role
Based within the Southampton office, you will be part of a varied and professional team supporting IT across the whole organisation. This will compromise of remote support across all 5 sites, as well as offering desk-side resolutions for all staff, including partners and lawyers of the firm.
Your IT Team is responsible for providing support for all IT applications, IT training, network support and development. This is a customer focused role and you should maintain professional, positive and friendly at all times, whilst providing 1st and 2nd line fault resolution and project implementation tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should have experience of working in a legal or professional services environment, working with all levels of end user ability. You should also have at least 1 years' experience of working on a service desk conducting 1st/2nd line tasks.
