Reporting to the Technical Director you will be a fundamental part of the team managing the company's multi-vendor blend of IT infrastructure, with a specific focus on telephony.
Duties & Responsibilities
Design, deployment and support of the company contact centre platform, session border controllers and associated telephony systemsDesign, deployment and support of the company Windows Servers farm, virtualisation and storage systemsTroubleshooting of complex IT infrastructure problems with vendor escalation and Problem ownership through to resolutionMonitoring and performance tuning of IT infrastructure to minimise any business disruption time and SLA adherenceDesign, deployment and management of information security policies in alignment with ISO27001 standardsDevelopment of technical documentation, internal standards and reports as requested by managementResearch, evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to address emerging industry and technical needs5+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Architecture in high availability contact centre/VoIP environmentsAbility to perform effectively as a subject matter expert within your area of telephony and as a team playerMentor, coach and impart knowledge to junior team members with minimal supervision

Working Hours & Environment
This is a Full time role based from home from with some occasional travel requirements. The working hours will be 09:00 - 17:30 from Monday to Friday, however you may be required to work outside of these hours to support the business as required.
Technology and Home Office Requirements
You will need to provide a quiet and secluded home office equipped with a dedicated telephone line, a dedicated wired broadband connection, a dedicated to work PC (desktop) with at least 2 screens, a PC headset and a telephone handset with headset, all meeting our required specifications.
You will not be moving home within the next 6 months.
