Exciting position has opened up in Manchester for an experienced Technical Services Analyst to join the team in a well-established company.
The main responsibilities for this role include:
Delivery of an efficient, responsive, effective and customer focusedConfiguration management and business as usual within the desktop, server and network infrastructure including service monitoring, continuity and security management.Work closely with the Service Desk, Technical Services, Infrastructure & SAP teams to ensure a focused, structured and co-ordinated approach to the provision and delivery of information technology
Relevant vendor and/or industry recognised accreditation(s) (Microsoft, Citrix etc.)Extensive knowledge of best practice/security hardening a variety of operating systems, applications, devices.Experience working in a busy environment providing technical support to a large user base.Citrix design, administration and troubleshooting. XenApp, XenDesktop, XenMobile, Storefront, NetScaler etc.Practical experience managing virtualised environments XenServer (Citrix Hypervisor), Hyper V etc.Experience deploying, securing and managing endpoints and servers with anti-virus and full disk encryption solutions. E.g. Sophos, Kaspersky, Bitlocker
