You will be joining a fast-growing Global Information Security Team and helping to build out the European arm of this team.
Youll focus on the deployment of all Information Security toolsets to the EU estate as well as product testing and selection. Including threat and risk assessment, taking care of and managing security incidents. Helping to lead compliance to regulatory requirements (PCI DSS & ISO 27001) and working with auditors to supply evidence for these controls.
This is a rolling 3 month initial contract.
What youll be doing Participate in the building, testing, and operation of multiple information security systems and toolsWork within the SOC team to analyse and investigate Information security related incidents and threats.Help maintain technical security requirements for regulatory bodies such as PCI, SOX, and ISO standardsWork closely with the Business to manage information and security based risk and continually increase security awareness and understanding.Assist with the Implementation and maintenance of security hardening standard methodologies and guidelinesMaintain and assess security controls around network communicationsProvide detailed remediation mentorship to other business unitsPerform audit logging of users, applications, networks, and systems.Update and maintain the Incident response plan About you: A deep understanding Information security and Information security technologyExperience working with the following the security concepts; Vulnerability Management; DLP; Anti-Virus; Firewalls; SIEM; Multi-factor authenticationProven UNIX, Windows and/or network experienceKnowledge in application security concepts and protocols, network level security concepts, data encryption standards and implementationExcellent problem solving skillsAble to demonstrate knowledge in security technology and concepts: File Integrity Monitoring and IPS functionality, operating system hardening
