About the role:

The New Business Inside Sales Manager will manage the internal sales team to build a well-qualified pipeline of opportunities, drive and close sales to meet and exceed the sales targets.

The New Business Inside Sales Manager will own the go-to-market sales model for new sales and generally contributing to the overall strategy of the sales environment. Driving improvements in activity and efficiency within the external sales team, and working closely with the Sales Director in order to deliver the Capita Reading Cloud business objectives is key to the success of this role.

What you will do:

Manage the internal new business Sales team, cultivating, developing and maintaining a high-performing teamOrganise weekly team meetings/calls to discuss activity, performance, celebrate successes and continuously communicate purpose, goals and progress, delivery strategyManage and motivate the sales team to achieve the key performance indicators set out by the businessProvide thought leadership into pricing structures used within the new business sales team and work with the Sales Director to successful adoption of the pricing to meet targetsAttend internal/external meetings with other senior members of the business to drive improvementsAttend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads and build senior level relationships

Your experience will include:

Experience of Sales Management, and prior personal sales experience with demonstrable success in high revenue existing and new business salesProven success in delivering sales order targets and pipeline generation targets for a large field sales teamDemonstrable track record in sales management, interpersonal and teamwork skills, with experience in inspiring passion, mentoring and developing highly effective sales talent in a fast paced, sales focused environmentHighly effective communication skills, and proven collaboration skills with all levelsDetailed understanding of Capitas ESS proposition and value
