PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Provide support to the clients via face to face or via telephone Logging and updating all key information Resolving the call in a quick and efficient manner complying with the companys SLAs To escalate calls to the Third Line Team
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 3 + Years as a System Engineer or Support Technician in an Active Directory environment Supporting a Citrix XenApp environment
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Advanced Microsoft Windows operating systems Citrix XenApp 5 or above Exchange 2007 or above Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager ITIL
You must be a excellent communicator, have great problem solving skills ad the ability to communicate technical issues.
