A leading legal client of mine based in London is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team.
You will work as part of a small, but busy, Service Desk answering calls and logging tickets. You will be the first point of contact for any IT related issues for the company and as such excellent customer service and support skills are needed.
The successful candidate will have come from a Legal or wider professional services firm where they have solved IT issues at 1st and 2nd line level.
