Required Skill set:
Should have done end to end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. Should be familiar with HCM modulesEmployee and Manager Self Service (Core HR), Time & Labor, Absence Management, Goals management & Recruitment. Responsible for technical designs of different HCM processes. Documenting technical designs configurations.
Exposure to presales (Proposal writing and solution creation) is desirable
Expertise on technical tools of Oracle HCM cloudHDL, OTBI etc is good
10+ years of overall HCM experienceIT Experience with Subject matter expertise on Oracle Learning Management.Conduct business requirement workshops for Oracle learning management and Map Business Processes to these Oracle Cloud ModulesCreate, business requirement documents and functional specifications based on workshop with process gaps.Business process advisory roles for learning processes and best practices.Advisory services on integration points with Oracle Fusion Performance, succession, profile and self-services.Identify and record requirements on data conversion, integrations, reports and any application extensions.Significant depth of expertise and track record of accomplishments in HR IT functional areas.Strong communication and presentation skills to driver functionality demonstrations and presentations.
