[Description] Responsibilities

Work with leadership and cross-functional teams to create partnership strategy
Evaluate and explore strategic partnership opportunities for for joint promotion opportunities, 360 marketing planning, special events, acquisition opportunities and other activities
Identify trends that will drive partnership opportunities and develop a robust pipeline
Develop a prospect list within each priority category; Partners acquisition
Assess needs for direct to client interaction or agency approach to engage company
Represent the group in meetings with executive-level counterparts
Oversee execution of each opportunity through close collaboration with internal and external parties
Relationship management, cultivating and maintaining partner relationships
Deliver regular performance updates to partners and internal constituents; drive quantifiable evaluations by developing/adopting measure methods, procedures and tools


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications and Commerce
Minimum 5 years' experience in business development or partnership marketing
Proven track-record of developing corporate/brand partnerships
Excellent communications skills, adept at leading communications with decision-makers of different nationality, background and personality
Good command of English, Cantonese; Mandarin a plus
Salary details
USD 60000.00 to USD 70000.00
