CRM Application Lead [Description] You will manage the application support and business operations for applications in for the APAC region. You will manage vendors and deliver efficient services for the business to run efficiently. In your new role, you will ensure all service management processes, and SLAs are aligned for the agreed service level targets. As a business that strives to improve itself, you will also analyse current conditions for reporting and recommend any possible improvements. This opportunity also allows you to manage small to medium sized development projects in the business.
What you'll need to succeed You will need a strong experience in Service Delivery Management and have proven track record of work experience with emphasis on functional and technical leadership. You will be experienced in managing Application services for CRM systems and have lead IT Services in a large scale environment. You need to have managed external vendors and demonstrated a record of delivering IT services. You will be ITIL Certified and knowledgeable about the SDLC, and have managed within the ITIL framework.
