Assistant IT Manager [Description] Your new role involves you handling overall IT needs for the South East Asia region. You will be overseeing business applications (such as POS, CRM, ERP, BI and related system interfaces), infrastructure (servers, storage, cloud, networking), end user support (desktop and mobile support), as well as off-site outlets IT (CCTV and store setups). You will lead regional business projects and handle time frames, resources, documentation and budgeting. Your role partnering with the business and communicating to non-technical users.
What you'll need to succeed You will need at least 4 years of IT experience and have managed projects. You will be speaking with business stakeholders and users frequently, so you need to have excellent communication skills and enjoy speaking to people in a fast paced retail environment. You will need to be experienced in ERP (SAP ECC, SAP S4/HANA), POS systems and BI (IBM Cognos and Microsoft Power BI). You will have strong infrastructure experience on systems, networks and MSSQL databases. Travelling is required for this role.
