HR Total Rewards (12 months fixed term contract)
[Description] Your new role

You will be reporting to the Total Rewards Director. This role will be specifically supporting the team on Compensation and Benefits responsibilities but not limited to assist in special ad hoc projects.

Provide support in benefits reviews and recommendations
Research and keep abreast of best practices in Total Rewards including Mobility
Assist in year-end incentives reconciliation and audit, and financial reporting processes
Provide administrative support to the Total Rewards team such as meeting scheduling and preparation of materials for Board Meetings

What you'll need to succeed

Successful candidates should have excellent Microsoft skills, candidates with programming/ computing knowledge will be highly preferred. Strong communication skills will be required to enable you to work within a fast-paced environment. With great attention to detail and strong affinity with numbers/ data, you will have at least 2 years’ relevant experience, degree qualified (preferably in the area of Accounting and Finance), and be comfortable in a supporting role.
