Installing, Administration & Troubleshooting Enterprise McAfee, Symantec, and EPO Antivirus. 3. Exchange 2003/2007/2010 Implementation & Troubleshooting 4. Backup Solution: VERITAS / Arc serve / NetBackup 5. Hands on working experience with Windows 2003 / Active Directory 6. Good experience in managing & troubleshooting Blackberry Enterprise Server 7. Document and migrate black berry Enterprise servers & building smart rules for monitoring of black berry servers. 8. Capable of troubleshooting BES in case of disaster recovery situations. 9. Basic hardware and networking knowledge. 10. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
