The Order Operations Supervisor II is responsible for accurate and timely processing of Sales Orders per customer purchase orders and in accordance with our SAP order management system and service level agreements, in full compliance with company policies and procedures including Sarbanes-Oxley controls. To be successful in this role, this individual must be effective in performance management, communicating to all levels of the organization, developing process improvements and implementing effective policies to ensure the team meets service levels to support internal and external customers. Typically supervises lower-levelTeam Leadsand/or highly-skilled non-exempt individual contributors in a single functional area. Responsible for the supervision of activities and resources needed to support the day-to-day efforts of the department and to achieve the business plan.Provides direction and expertise to departmental teams and participates in cross-department initiatives. Acts as a point of escalation for subordinate employees as well as supervisors. Does not require day-to-day supervision, and has the ability to handle most unique situations. May need advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues. Further responsibilities include:


Accountable for order operations activities for all Aruba-branded product lines, ensuring that performance (team booking and post-booking activities) meet global and regional SLA requirements

Manages a team of higher level non-exempt individual contributors who typically support moderately complex daily work activities

Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the team and the processes

Ensures the delivery of order operations services that meet the performance metrics defined by next level management

Manages daily inbound workloads and ensures execution

Responsible for escalation management & thorough & timely resolution to issues presented via our escalation process

Education and Experience Required:

First level university degree or equivalent experience
Typically 4years of experience in an order operations or supply chain function
Typically 1years of supervisory experience

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong knowledge of all order operations functions (from quote to cash) and Microsoft Office suite

Strong communication skills in local language and English (e.g. written, verbal, presentation)

Knowledgeable of country-specific (US, CAN, and LATAM) and route-to-market specific, order operations processes and functions (tax, export, channel/indirect vs. direct)

Utilizes the expertise of others as necessary

Strong qualitative and quantitative analytics and data modelling skills

Strong project management skills

Strong people management skills, including managing teams within scope of responsibility as well as outside sphere of direct control

Strong analytical thinking, analysis, data modelling, and problem solving skills

Strong experience in cross-functional team engagement as a means to problem-solve

Strong communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and local language

Leads business or function-wide process needs and solution that may impact multiple business units and/or countries

Focuses on process improvement

Manages day-to-day OM-focused relationships with Internal/External customers & partners

Leads moderately complex order operations processes and functions
