Our client based in Reading are currently recruiting for a Digital Product Executive on a permanent basis to deliver business critical roadmaps. This is an exciting time to join a growing team looking to change the perception of their industry. You will be responsible for supporting a digital suite of online self-service products. You will be passionate about Customer experience and the overall Customer journey, always looking for opportunities to make improvements and increase the self-service option with the digital product suite.
Deliver on key strategic objectives to meet customer expectationsSupport the self service propositions in line with the digital roadmapGather business requirements and translate into user storiesWork with internal teams to increase the use of self-service options through campaignsSupport digital journeys throughout the full lifecycleContribute to the overall Digital RoadmapManage the deployment of customer journey improvements.
Previous experience within a Digital Product Development role on multiple platforms for 2 years as a minimumExperience of Web based CMS , SEO and content creation.Customer focused whilst also solutions and outcomes driven.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAgile/Waterfall methodologyUnderstanding of UX/UI Principles & HTML and CSSKnowledge/previous use of Web Content Management Systems
