[Description] Responsibilities:
Assume responsibility to lead key work-stream activities in the establishment of a new product
development facility including supporting required quality system obtainment
Co-ordinate the activities across the project team, own the project plan, identify the critical path,
highlight risks and work with the team to identify options to mitigate
Lead and manage a cross-functional team to deliver specified projects, ensuring all actions are
identified and delivered to enable sales targets to be achieved
Monitor budget, resources and progress against key milestones and work closely with Operations,
Functional Managers, Senior Engineering personnel to ensure project delivery
Ensure that the technical content of a project plan reflects the customer needs specification, and
represents a challenging but achievable delivery target
Establish and manage key interfaces with third-party suppliers to enable rapid implementation of
New Products.
Ensure at the onset and throughout the project that the responsibility for the identification,
generation of equipment and associated funding is clear and that implementation and transfer is
efficient and effective.
Co-ordinate creation of technical documentation, ensuring that the project file is suitable for relevant
notified bodies, and to present the project at such audits

Experience with product registration and launch
PMP Certification will be a huge plus
Prior expertise in a technical role encompassing recent experience in project management and a
working knowledge of design control
Track record of excellent project management and completion of projects on time and budget
Ability to lead/collaborate activities in a cross-functional matrixed team to the successful outcome
Experience in medical device implant and surgical instrumentation development
Understanding the regulatory (approval and compliance) needs relating to medical devices
Demonstrable experience in the planning and delivery of a complex new product
Ensure compliance with all HSE and quality policies
Salary details
USD 50000.00 to USD 80000.00
