Quality Manager
[Description] Responsible for full spectrum of quality function and leading a quality team
Work closely with program managers, manufacturing and engineering to maintain product supply and NPI process.
Establish and sustain quality systems, procedures and controls
Conduct internal audits and recommend corrective actions
Interface with customers to understand quality issues and drive actions items till closure with operations
Qualify, audit and manage suppliers and drive for continuous improvement plans
Review and approve project documentation
Approve product acceptance testing results and develop and implement quality plans
Manage quality team in areas of development, training and performance

Requirement
Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality or relevant qualification
8 years of quality management experience in a MNC manufacturing environment
Experience with managing customers in areas of complaints, audits and corrective actions
Knowledge of ISO standards and application of quality analyisis tools
Able to review technical documentation such as test procedures, design doc and project plans
Proven people management experience with a hands on approach
Knowledge of Agile system and experience in software quality processes is preferred
Project management skills
