[Description] Principal responsibilities

​To participate in system development projects for Service Delivery operations
To ensure project complies with agreed Group Standards
To establish effective controls and procedures
To act as an Business Analyst to gather users’ requirements
To develop End User Computing application with MicroSoft Access and Excel Macro
To ensure all technology deliverables and outputs are completed on time with good quality
Practical experience in service modelling and design, development and maintaining automation
Qualifications

Degree holder in computer science, business or related discipline
Experience in business analysis, project management, system development and support
Proficient in MicroSoft Access and Excel Macro
Having Query Management working experience is preferable
Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
Strong analytical mind with good interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills
Fluent written and spoken English with good communication skills
Salary details
