[Description] Responsibilities

Administrate CRM database and use SQL scripting to ensure scheduled jobs are executed properly
Provide support to CRM processes to maintain system configuration and data management
Oversee the training to users and maintain documentation
Manage the accuracy of data and rectify quality issues
Liaise with international stakeholders from different locations on CRM developments and consolidating complex data requirements
Work with vendors to ensure services meet with agreed standards
Generate business reports to aid organisation’s operation
Requirements

Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant discipline
Minimum 2 years’ experience handling CRM responsibilities
Familiar with CRM software and reporting tools such as SQL and Pivot Tables
Excellent interpersonal skills and can work with stakeholders across various locations
Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English
