[Description] A prospective sport club is looking for a Head of Membership and Partnership to join the team. The ideal candidate will need to drive business plans and implement new partnership programme to achieve sales and company strategy objectives; Train and develop the membership sales managers to grow membership revenue and create a great customer experience; Develop new channel of potential partnership and business strategic partners to promote the business to the next level and Identify marketplace opportunities, prospects and engage new partners, developing proposals and managing the contract process. This is considered as a high managerial leadership role within the whole organization.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing, prefer candidates have strong background of BD experience in hospitality, private clubs
• Minimum 5 years of experience and proven experience in leading a team and staff supervision
• Demonstrated track record of generating leads and closing sales
• Must have good interpersonal
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
• Must be fluent in English
Salary details
USD 90000.00 to USD 120000.00
